• PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️ IT IS IMPORTANT TO FULLY READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
• NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT!!
• FINAL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN  CASH OR ZELLE ONLY! (NO CASH APP)
• I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE!
• RUWA Pre-stretched is the ONLY hair I will braid with (any other hair subject to cancellation)
• A 10 minute late grace period is allowed; after 10 minutes clients are subject to a $20 late fee, non-debatable! After 15 minute clients are subject to cancellation. 
• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. 
• NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENT
• Refrain from booking any small sized hair styles after 11 am, your appointment will be cancelled.
• You can only change your style at your appointment if it has equal or less timing , if you would like to change hairstyles contact me 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
• Both the client and stylist are allowed one reschedule before another deposit has to be paid/refunded.
• If you are unsure about the size of the braids you are looking to book, text me a picture showing preferred sizing.
• All clients must come ready to braid unless requesting a shampoo service.
• Hair must be 4 inches all the way around!! (IF NOT...  UPON CONSULTATION & APPROVAL ITS AN ADDITIONAL $50)
• If you have thinning spots or short patches, this needs to be noted at the time of booking. A facetime/video consultation will be required. Your appointment will be cancelled if you fail to give details about hair issues, due to it delaying the time of the customer behind you.
• Ready to braid hair , is completely blown out all around, Natural clients you may have to run the flat iron through you hair to achieve the full blown out look. If I have to go over your hair with the blow dryer, you will be charged a $15 non debatable blow dry fee automatically, as it delays the overall process.
• No call no shows will be banned and will be charged half price or full price depending on the style
• Refrain from booking the same day as events you plan to attend
• All times are estimated, scheduled times are subject to change due to different head sizes and hair textures. It is important to have a up to date contact number on file in case your appointment time needs to be changed.
